There’s so many ways to get more of SuperStart’s super low GI goodness into your body (and keep those nasty snacks away).

Jaq’s mushy morning

Jaq
1. apple puree (around three heaped spoonfuls) (i looove it)
2. two heaped spoonfuls of yogurt
3. fill the rest of the bowl up with SuperStart!
4. mix it
5. make it at night and leave it in the fridge for the morning for it to be all mushy

oooh and sometimes i put frozen raspberries in it, just like a handful mixed in and left overnight in the fridge to defrost and to be all mushy.

Super Tropical

Try this for breakfast or mid afternoon energiser.

This is a easy and yum way to get some fresh fruit plus protein. It’s full of goodness like vitamin C, folate, manganese, fibre and iodine.

Preparation and blending time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tbs SuperStart
2 tbs tahini (try EatSlim tahini – www.eatslim.net.au)
1 medium ripe banana
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 medium papaya

Method:
Scoop out papaya flesh.
Add to blender with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth.

Serves 2

Super Simple Ideas
