For as long as I can remember my default brekky in the week has been toast, butter and vegimite on the run. I have been looking for an alternative for a while as I have become much more conscious of the volume of bread and butter that I put away. Recently I discovered SuperStart. I must admit, I needed to get used to the lack of bread in my life....a friend for so long! Nevertheless the results have been nothing short of incredible. I have way more energy all the way through to lunch and have actually lost weight without feeling as though I have cut back on the amount I eat. Don't be put off by the flavour or lack of it at first. Your body just needs to adjust.
