I finally tried SuperStart today. Flavourwise, it's at par with the other granolas I eat, with the exception that they often have dried fruit or coconut to sweeten things up. I like the mix of textures. The nuts provide some crunch, while the puffed bits are chewy, but not too chewy (the way normal rolled oats are). As for energy, it's lasted me quite well.
