<p>You can add some fruit and low fat milk to your cold cereal to add some more flavors to it. A popular choice is to put bananas in your cereal. Adding some other protein to your meal, like toast and peanut butter or eggs, is also a healthy choice.</p>
<p>Eggs cooked without a lot of fat can also be healthy breakfast foods. You should combine them with something that has fiber, like whole grain toast, and you should add some fruit or vegetables and some dairy.</p>
<p>A nice omelet with vegetables and low fat cheese along with a piece of fruit would work out well. The protein in eggs and peanut butter is very filling, and so is the fiber in whole grain toast. For those without a lot of time in the morning, you could make hard boiled eggs ahead of time so you don&#8217;t have to cook in the morning.</p>

<p>Well, for some they probably canbut it will only be temporary. Losing weight in a slow, steady manner is the healthiest way you can do it, and it&#8217;s also the only way to keep it off for good.</p>
<p>It requires not just a diet plan, those don&#8217;t work. It requires a change of lifestyle. You know why so many people can&#8217;t lose weight, or have such a hard time trying? Because they don&#8217;t want to accept the truth that there is no quick, fast, easy way to do it.</p>
<p>You must change your habits that made you gain all those extra weight. And you must move your body more. I know that the word &#8216;exercise&#8217; makes you cringe, but it does not have to be that way. Exercise can be something that you don&#8217;t dread and it doesn&#8217;t have to consume much of your time. You just need to move. Once you get used to it, it may even become something that you actually look forward to and miss when you can&#8217;t fit it in your schedule.</p>

Little changes. One at a time. As you discover what healthy actually feels like, you&#8217;ll naturally be drawn to want more of it.</p>

Because they are in the business of making money, not the business of making people successful, and healthy.</p>
<p>Now, the truth of the matter is that lasting weight loss requires very little financial obligation. Most of what is needed in order to become strong, slim, and fit is available to everyone. The ability to change, the desire to succeed, and the determination to stick with a healthy plan is what is most needed. <p>Here is the truth of successful weight loss, and here is what you will need. Get a comfortable pair of sneakers. They do not have to be special or expensive, just comfortable, and well fitted. You will also need loose fitting, comfortable clothing. A sweat suit, or shorts and a tee-shirt are fine. You will also need a water bottle with a cover. Follow a healthy meal plan, which includes mostly fresh vegetables and fruit, and eliminates most sugar.</p>
<p>Make it a goal to exercise everyday. Even if you are just starting out, a small amount of exercise is better than none. As your stamina increases, so should the amount that you exercise. Make it a goal to increase each week, even if just by a few minutes.</p>
<p>Eat foods that are good for you, and taste good. Find ways to have fun with exercise. Drink plenty of water, and be good to yourself. You will eventually find that you are achieving your weight loss goals.</p>

<p>There are many fad diets around these days, which promise quick weight loss. Most include testimonials, and even photos, claiming results that would be tempting to anyone who has a few pounds to lose. An individual who has a large amount of weight to lose may feel desperate, depressed, and overwhelmed. As a result, this group will shell out an astronomical amount of money, chasing this promised miracle. More often than not, the diet fails, the overweight person starts to believe that weight loss is impossible for them, and the diet industry becomes more wealthy.</p>
<p>Understanding that the &#8220;diet industry&#8221; is in business to make money is important here. Unfortunately, it is very much reliant upon these individual&#8217;s failure, in order to ensure their purchase of the next fad diet program. Let&#8217;s face it, there are very few programs that offer a one-time membership fee for life. Programs that do offer this, as well as quite low fees, are generally the real deal. Beware of any program which is selling a specific food item, designed to create weight loss, but is only available through this program. These fad diets are not designed with healthy weight loss in mind, but rather to make money.</p>
<p>Here is the secret that the weight loss industry does not want people to learn. It will require hardly any money at all to become slimmer, stronger, and more healthy. This is the absolute truth. The largest investment that a person will make, will come from within themselves. What will be required, is the determination to succeed, and the willingness to continue. The weight loss industry understands that most overweight individuals possess an enormous amount of these characteristics. Think about it, how many people have the stamina to be told that they have failed, only to continue trying over and over again? The real problem, is that these very people have been misinformed, and used.</p>
<p>Anyone who is overweight should forget about all of the negative comments that have been made towards them. There is no benefit, or need for blame. Every person deserves and has the right and to feel good. Forget about the &#8220;failures&#8221; and look toward the success. Love yourself.</p>
<p>Here is the truth of successful weight loss, and here is what you will need. Get a comfortable pair of sneakers. They do not have to be special or expensive, just comfortable, and well fitted. You will also need loose fitting, comfortable clothing. A sweat suit, or shorts and a tee-shirt are fine. You will also need a water bottle with a cover. Follow a healthy meal plan, which includes mostly fresh vegetables and fruit, and eliminates most sugar.</p>
<p>Make it your goal to add just five minutes of exercise every day. A person may ask what good five minutes will do, however, for many, last week, getting off of the couch may have been an emotional challenge. Add five more minutes weekly, until you are in a regular workout routine.</p>
<p>Eat foods that are good for you, and taste good. Find ways to have fun with exercise. Drink plenty of water, and be good to yourself. You will eventually find that you are achieving your weight loss goals.</p>

<p>As we consider how our lives should be in the future, mental images pop into our heads. Perhaps we think of having a really good relationship, with more expensive holidays and a luxury home. It&#8217;s probable we&#8217;ll view our figure differently &#8211; with less body fat and a more toned physique.</p>
<p>Whiling away such thoughts is useful. Knowing what we want to have is essential to determining how our lives might be. Unless we have a vision of how things will look when we&#8217;ve reached the lofty heights of our personal success, we&#8217;ve little chance of ever getting there.</p>
<p>Positive visualisation alone won&#8217;t bring results though. We must accept that changes will be needed. &#8220;The definition of insanity,&#8221; according to Albert Einstein, &#8220;is to do the same thing and expect different results.&#8221; Said another way &#8211; we&#8217;ll always have what we&#8217;ve always had if we&#8217;re not prepared to change the things we do.</p>
<p>We need to not only massively change the way we do things, but also massively change the way we think. Only then will we make big steps forward in what we have. Not a big revelation then to realise that a smidgen of exertion will be needed to get the things we want to have. It&#8217;s a basic law of life that we have to give in order to receive. Though effort alone won&#8217;t inevitably bring results.</p>
<p>We accomplish success by embracing the thoughts and behaviour of a successful person &#8211; assuming the characteristics and values of a winner before we&#8217;ve actually become one. For instance, if our aim is to slim down and lose twenty five pounds in weight, then we must work-out and eat in the same way a lighter, healthier person would do.</p>
<p>Hanging out with friends comes after the work-out&#8217;s been completed. There will be time for enjoyment when the task is accomplished in the achiever&#8217;s mind-set. The right attitude to doing what it takes will reap the rewards that much quicker.</p>
<p>Victory won&#8217;t come looking for us. A robust attitude to our efforts will support us when we experience the knocks.</p>
<p>Spending time reading books or watching films of how others achieved their goals can help. We come across the same story time after time; their attitude and self-image is what created the results. By focusing on becoming who we need to be, we&#8217;ll enjoy the exertions we have to do more and receive the things we want to have so much faster.</p>

To this date I&#8217;ve lost forty seven lbs of body fat! I&#8217;m like a new person &#8211; a slim(mer) more energised version of my old self. I have no desire to return to my old habits.</p>

<p>The Slimming Business Is A Daunting One&#8230; And huge business empires have grown out of this. So it&#8217;s not unreasonable to assume that as so much money is spent every year, slimming businesses face the temptation to take advantage of overweight people.</p>
<p>Just How Much of a Problem Is There Then? As you&#8217;re reading this paper, you&#8217;d probably prefer to be a bit lighter. It&#8217;s understood from recent surveys that more than 2/3rds of American people are overweight. So that is well over 200 Million individuals!</p>
<p>And many other countries will shortly have a similar situation. But we don&#8217;t want this to happen!</p>
<p>It&#8217;s thought that in Britain alone, around one quarter of over 18&#8217;s are obese, which equates to a minimum of thirty to forty pounds overweight. This figure is set to get much higher. Some predictions forecast this figure will rise to 90 percent in forty years time.</p>
<p>But we can do something about it! No-one wants this trend to continue. Easy to follow information is what&#8217;s needed. We shouldn&#8217;t have to spend a fortune on diet products.</p>
<p>It is commonly understood in medical circles that weight problems lead to other difficulties, including&#8230; Cancer &#8211; Heart Disease &#8211; Heart Failure &#8211; Type Two Diabetes &#8211; High Blood Pressure &#8211; Liver Disease &#8211; High Cholesterol &#8211; Osteoarthritis.</p>
<p>So our health is at stake &#8211; the weight must come off. Reducing your weight and getting into good physical shape is more important than being thin. In truth, we most likely have a gut feel for the weight that works best for our body.</p>
<p>We need to consider the health of our children too. If we&#8217;re being responsible parents, we have to show them with our actions. Nothing will change if we keep doing the same thing. Who wants to be that kind of benefactor?</p>
